Joshua Got His Miracle!

We praise God! After a year of prayer, road blocks, judgement and dead ends, we finally found a home for Joshua!

How we found Joshua
The night before his big move

We have learned the truth of Matthew 7: “Ask, and keep on asking and it will be given to you; seek, and keep on seeking and you will find; knock, and keep on keep on knocking and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Or which one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? 11 If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

Joshua meeting new care giver

In Hebrew ask, seek and knock isn’t jsut one time, the words used is a continuing condition of asking, seeking and knocking until you have received. We kept asking, seeking and knocking until we got our Yes, because that is what God promises. They WILL find, the door WILL open and ask and it WILL be given. He never lies so our answer is yes, in Jesus Name.

Joshua’s last meeting with family

So Joshua is now at home. He is in a center for special needs children and they are teaching him life skills, a new language and how to take care of himself. He was very afraid the first week or so and kept just telling them no, no, no. Now he is doing great. The keep us updated on his progress and he is doing amazing and seems so very happy.

We are so thankful that God has taken Joshua from a place of rejection to a place of acceptance. Where his life was not valued to a place where he is priceless. God is so in love with Joshua!

When we first found Joshua he was 16, the size of a 8 year old, 40 pounds, full of feces. Today he is 60 pounds, 10 cm taller and happy as can be. We praise God for saving his life. We gave him the name Joshua when we found him, because it means God saves! and Save Joshua he did. He brings light to wherever he is. His laughter is contagious and God has great plans for him.

Thank you all for your prayers for this young boy. God is ever faithful and loves all his children!

God Bless
