This past few weeks we have been counseling two young women who were being faced with unplanned and unwanted pregnancies. Both of these girls came to us through referrals. One came from Promise of Life Network and the other was referred to us from a local ministry here in Uganda. The body of Christ working together is an amazing thing to be apart of. I am thankful for each of its members as we work together to bring heaven to earth.
We praise God for the work He is doing in and through Woven2Gether and other ministries across the world to help save lives physically and spiritually. We have seen God move in hearts in ways we could never have imagined. We are coming to undestand that meaning of being salt and light. Matthew 5:13-15 ““You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet. “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” We have learned to counsel with light but also salt. To be truth yet in love and God is using this to change lives in ways that are so beautiful! We praise Him and His name forever more!
We ask that you continue to pray for these young ladies as they continue to carry these beautiful children that God is weaving together in their wombs. Pray that the lives of these babies will change nations as they love Jesus and spread the Gospel of the kingdom of God as they grow up. Please pray that every lie of the enemy will be silenced. Pray that they stay committed to carrying the pregnancies to terms no matter what hardships they face during the next months to come.
