I just wanted to give a quick update! We are taking our discipleship class to the radio beginning tomorrow, Friday June 20th at 10:15am.
I have been praying for this opportunity for years. Anyone who knows me knows God has given me a heart for Evanglism. Ever since I can remember I have wanted to share the word of God with people. Jehovah has given me a gift for teaching and I don’t take it for granted. To Him be all the glory. I am just a vessel through which He chooses to speak. I am humbled that He would chose to use me.
This is a huge open door for us at Woven2Gether. We will be broadcasted across much of Northern Uganda in two languages, English and the local langauge of the Acholi Tribe, luo. Susan, my best friend and co-laborour in Christ will be translating the lessons. We praise Jehovah for this opportunity that He has given us.
The station has given us the air time and a discount price to help us get on the radio. If you would like to sponsor a show, we will be having four shows a month, or every Friday morning. We are greatful for all the support they have given us. We pray that many will come to know who Jehovah and His Son Yeshua are.
If you would like to sponsor a month of shows, or a show, we would love to be able to continue to add more radio time in the near future. Each show is $35 dollars which comes to roughly $140 per month for four shows. The more sponsors we have the more we can share the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. John 17:3 tells us how important it is to know them. “3 And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
Romans 10:13-15, is why we do what we do to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth. ”
13 For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” 14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? 15 And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”
