This is long over due update for Woven2Gether. We are so excited to share with you so much that has happened within the past year
NEW BELIEVERS: We teach the gospel. We take our time building a strong foundation. In the process some fall in love with God and His son Jesus Christ. Then they get baptized as believers as the Bible commands us to do. We are so happy for our staff Patrick and Susan, for Anita and her boyfriends brother Steven. Also two dear friend of ours in Wisconsin were baptized while I was back visiting this summer. We give glory to God for redeeming His children. God is so faithful.
WELCOME SUSAN: We also want to you to welcome Susan Ajok. She is our love the Lord with all my heart and others staff.She has been a dear friend to me for over 8 years. She is my sister in Christ, my friend and now a work mate! She is an amazing mother to four beautiful children. She is the proverbs 31 Woman. She helps us with anything that needs to be done. She assists us in getting our store up and running. She cleans around the office. She helps with our little kiddo when he is bursting with energy (which is all the time). She is currently training to become a crisis pregnancy counselor for our Crisis Pregnancy Counseling Center. We are so excited to have her as part of our team!
DONATIONS: This past year God has been so good to us through multiple donors to meet the needs that we have had throughout the year. Beautiful Feet Ministry Donated 40 bibles, fetus models and a fetal heartbeat monitor. Beautiful Feet was founded by Melissa Heiland. Beautiful feet plants pregnancy centers across the world. The have 90 centers in 26 nations. Uganda being one of them. They trained us to be able to start a center here in Uganda. This is the ministry that donated an ultra sound machine to our ministry. We also had a donor this past year buy us two Levon Think Pad computers for our office and the also replaced my office MacBook after the hard-drive failed. It was too old for any further updates so I lost most of my files. I was on the way back to the United States when I got the message that they felt led to donate a new MacBook Pro to us. I have a testimony about this. I had my oldest son Tyler looking for a used one. He was going to be going to look at one and God said to me, “you’re not gonna wait for your miracle this time”. You’re just gonna do it on your own. I knew at that moment I was gonna trust Him like a had so many times before to glorify His name. A few weeks later the donation came in and we were able to purchase a brand new one! God is writing our story for HIS GLORY!! This amazing family also came to visit us and after they left they contacted us and told us they wanted to purchase a local taxi motor bike so we could save money not having to pay for our taxi services. We are ever so grateful for these blessings God gives to us.
As some of you know our car engine failed as I was traveling with our young son to the capital. We had to get towed back to town which took several hours. We had a bad experience with an oil change and that put an end to the motor. We had an amazing family step up and donate the funds for us to be able to put a new engine in our car! We thank God for providing for us in these times of need through so many, but so thankful to this family for giving in a time of emergency.!
BABY SAVED!! We had a mom come to us who was wanting an abortion. After spending time with her and counseling her she chose life. She now has a beautiful baby boy and loves being a mom! She says she couldn’t imagine life without him. We are so thankful God moved in her heart and that she chose life for her and her child! She was able to take some pregnancy classes that allowed her to purchase her mothers kit. The women have to provide all birthing materials for themselves so she was very happy to have earned hers through hard work.
